Purposes: what data we process and why

When you request a booking or contact us, we process your name, email, phone (if given), the service, date, number of people, pick-up and destination (if given) and your message. The purposes of processing are only to answer the request, confirm the service and organise it.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Once the service is confirmed, performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations such as invoicing.

Is the data mandatory?

Name, email, service, date and number of people are needed to answer the request. Without them we cannot confirm the booking. Phone, pick-up and destination and message are optional.

Who receives the data

The site is hosted by Vercel (European Union region, Paris). Requests sent through the form are delivered via the service of ArqWeb, which manages the site, and ZeptoMail/Zoho (EU data centres) to our mailbox. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.

Transfers outside the EU

Vercel Inc. is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection.

How long

We keep the data for as long as needed to answer and organise the service and, afterwards, for the legal invoicing periods.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by writing to frequentastico@hotmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
